Your thoughts on intentions — I really like this. Whatever you say will paint then lens through which you actively live in the world. There is power to how you think and what you communicate, for sure.

And the swear words thing — I agree. Any word needs to be used intentionally — familiarity will lead to unfamiliarity. The “F” word can be used artistically. Just thinking about musicians, ones that just throw “swear” words around seem uncreative and like they are filling space, but there are also lyrics where a well placed “swear” word can really communicate something powerful.
