Thank you for saying something that is worth sharing (as you say, that will make the world better). This needs to be a more dominant conversation in our culture.

I do think there is a time and a place to share (especially in communal relationships, like a marriage, where shared vision and shared stories are helpful — and you certainly make room for that in the above piece), but I love the idea that those acts of publicity are the exception, not the norm. I will definitely be letting this sit with me for a while. Thanks for the constructive confrontation.
