I am glad you have found support and healing through this experience, but I would ask you to be careful with this approach; especially with other people who have experienced trauma.

You have found practical healing through a particular theoretical proposition. I think you would also agree that, in this writing, you aren't trying to give a metaphysical treatise; rather, the point is that the theory promotes a practically healthy response to suffering for you.

The problem is that some of the theoretical arguments embedded in your story could have the very opposite effect for people with different experiences. You are venturing into philosophical and theological territory often referred to as theodicy (which you certainly have a right to do!) - but as someone who often works with survivors of tragedy, trauma, and crisis, we need to be careful of the theological frameworks we hand others. One size does not fit all.

Certainly, celebrate the power of your story, but allow others in grief to come to different theoretical conclusions because some of the speculation you articulate is known as being some of the most damaging for survivors.
