I'm interested to hear how you maintain this over time (maybe a future article, looking back?). Can a community such as this maintain longevity without becoming too formal?

Secondly, is it possible to create this way of being within the institutional church? The common experience is creating community which embodies "The Church" outside of the confines of common church. As you state, a lot of churches (especially evangelical megachurches) actually begin this way. I say this because as someone who left the church, then went high-church, then left again, then became a pastor in a mainline denomination, and then started a church within a traditional denomination but outside of institutionalized constraints - I'm still trying to figure out what the best way is to continue this concept.
